Note the fault code
Most boilers show one on the display. It narrows the fault before we set off and often tells us which part to bring with us. Photograph it if that is easier.

24/7 emergency
No heating, no hot water, a boiler locked out or leaking. Answered at any hour by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Do not use this website, a light switch, a doorbell or a mobile phone indoors. Open the doors and windows, turn the gas off at the meter if you can reach it safely, get everybody out, and ring the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 — free, 24 hours a day.
Ring them first. Ring us second, on 0114 463 0405, and we pick up the repair once the supply has been made safe.
Before we arrive
None of this is a repair. It either buys time or tells us what we are coming to.
Most boilers show one on the display. It narrows the fault before we set off and often tells us which part to bring with us. Photograph it if that is easier.
If it is at or near zero, that alone explains a lockout. Tell us the number. Do not keep topping it up if it will not hold — that is a leak, not a top-up.
Water inside the casing and 230 volts do not belong together. Switch it off, catch what you can and leave the rest for us.
24 hours a day, seven days a week across Sheffield. Give us the fault code and we often know what to bring.
What we come out to
We’ll ring straight back. If you can smell gas, ring 0800 111 999 first — not this form.

Perfect professional service when my boiler was working fitted a new one the next day great price
Used again to get my bathroom fitted
Very clean and tidy reliable and very hardworking will use again
Had a great experience and would 100% recommend! We had a leak in our washer and a previous leak under the bathroom sink. The team was able to address both issues and also caught a small leak in our washer hose that could have caused problems later. You can tell they put a lot of honesty and care into their work. We’ve had our fair share of bad plumber experiences, but with them, we really appreciated how we were shown the root of each problem and kept informed throughout. They also made sure to test everything multiple times to ensure the issues were fully resolved.
Amazing service from this company today. Was in desperate need of rescuing and they came out super quickly to solve the issue. They were extremely polite, clean and couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommended 🙏

FAQs
In cold weather with young children, an elderly relative or anybody unwell in the house, yes, and we treat it that way. In mild weather with hot water still working it usually keeps until morning and costs you less. Ring either way and we will say honestly which yours is.
Once is fine. Repeatedly is not. A lockout is a safety device doing its job, and pressing reset over and over overrides it without anybody knowing what tripped it. Note the fault code and tell us when you ring.
Usually, via the filling loop, and the boiler manual will show you. If it drops again within days there is a leak or a failed expansion vessel, and repeatedly topping up just keeps feeding fresh oxygenated water into the system, which corrodes it faster.
Switch it off at the fused spur, isolate the water to it if you can, and put something underneath. Water and electrics inside one casing is not something to leave running overnight.
You get the price before any work starts, whatever time it is. Nobody gets a made-up number at four in the morning because they are cold.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a part is needed that nobody carries at 2am. We make the installation safe, tell you exactly what it needs and give you a date rather than leaving it hanging. If you are without heat we will talk through what you can do meanwhile.
